Normally focused on the creation of display faces, House Industries brings us a font family based on the aesthetic of Charles & Ray Eames that could easily become a popular typeface for everyday use.

House Eames Typeface
A Nativity I Would Actually Display
I'm not religious, but I would totally display this nativity around the holidays simply for its beauty as a design object. Created by House Industries as a nod to Alexander Girard, the 13-piece set is made of solid maple and basswood and uses non-toxic inks.

House Industries
The one and only House Industries have launched a poster series celebrating individual letterforms from their type library, and with all kinds of sizes, colors and fonts, this series proves to be a flexible addition to any home.

Reimagining the Enterprise
In honor of the newest Star Trek film release, a number of artists from around the world (including the one and only House Industries, my favorite of the group) were asked to create their own interpretation of the USS Enterprise. Based on 34-inch replicas cast from the 3d models created for the film by Industrial Light & Magic, the reinterpreted models will be touring the world as part of a traveling exhibition.
