An installation consisting of a massive section of maple tree Dennis Lin has debarked , sectioned into cookies, sanded, oiled, and waxed. The 60, three-inch wide slabs are sequentially hung on purpose-built hooks, numbered and tagged, essentially documenting and cataloging the tree.
