MUST. WATCH. NOW.

I'm seriously blown away by the passion, craft and technical skill displayed by signmaker and glass etcher David A. Smith. This video is an incredible portrayal of a magnificent artist and craftsman. I can't say enough. Via Kitsune Noir.

Shinya Kimura

Let's be honest, there are a lot of celebrity bike builders out there who make a living creating hideous fiberglass monstrosities that few would call works of art. And then there's Shinya Kimura. A bike builder with an original point of view and a beautiful aesthetic, I've been a fan of Shinya's since the first time I saw one of his amazing bikes. Check out the video below and visit his site for a taste of why you can't help but love this guy.

Linn Meyers

These incredible massive drawings are the creation of Linn Meyers, who meticulously makes each line by hand with a paint marker. Be sure to check out this video of the artist in action.

Labour Intense

Brooklyn office Labour has created this fantastic short animated film about the international opium/heroin system, focusing on Afghanistan. Not only is the content important and insightful but the design is simple and beautiful, enhancing the narrative as it unfolds.

Viva Calaca!!!

Wow....I'm limiting my words on this post because you have to see this video. Amazing art direction, great music, and just an overall fun piece for all ages. The creator also has his own design firm with some other great work....enjoy!
