It's not every day that you'll see a lighting designer featured here on The Best Part, but then there aren't many lighting designers like Hervé Descottes. Hervé is founder and principal of L’Obervatoire International, who have handled lighting projects for the likes of Frank Gehry and Jean Nouvel, and were even chosen to design lighting for the Mona Lisa in the Louvre.
